This 3 3/4" Merlot Stained Linen Pinch Lock Back is one part deep merlot-stained linen grip, another of elegantly sharpened D2 Carbon Steel striking forth with the snap of authority from the embrace of a rugged stainless steel frame. Deep purple/black in color, with blackberry and boysenberry preserve stains laced with dark licorice and lightly dusted with new wood cedar. This one has a deep, luscious elegance, crushed in a resinated linen grip. A very limited number were produced.

This 3 3/8” Petrified Wildebeest English Barlow (fossilized Pre-historic African Antelope also known as a Gnu) offers varying degrees of seductive earth tones, hinting of candied pistachio, sassafras ,or pachouli, with a verdant nuance of slow-building mineral and spice notes. Adding to its vivacity and back-end lift, are the Old World engineering features, an all stainless steel frame and bolster, the first all-stainless production knife ever produced.
